About New Horizon Film and Video
New Horizon Film and Video began in 1965 as Dee
Stafford Film Lab. Dee Stafford the president and founder started
working with the local studios and the business flourished. Dee
Stafford retired in 1980 and his son-in-law Richard Willms and daughter
Patricia Willms continued the business and took the film lab to
the next level of media which was video. A few years later they
renamed the company to New Horizon Film and Video. Located in Burbank,
California, New Horizon has grown into a multimedia company while
maintaining the traditional values and partnerships for decades.
New Horizon is dedicated to providing our clients with a high end
quality and excellent customer service.
